We are TRINITY TEAM RACING. 

A story about two friends, Rick and Evans, coming back together again, after quite a few years apart. Oh yeah, throw GOD, a big ingredient, into the mix also. 

Rick and Evans met back in 1979, while attending an Engineering Drafting Technology School. They both were involved in cars and racing. Rick carried on from his Father's racing history, and was racing Late Model Cars, on dirt tracks, locally. Evans was involved in racing the Datsun 260Z Cars, in SCCA, C Production Class, at Lime Rock, Coneticutt, Watkins Glen, New York, Summit Point, West Virginia, and Atlanta, Georgia. He was a mechanic/crew chief for a much older friends' race team. He also raced his own Datsun 260Z on Amateur Days. 

Rick after working as a Draftsman for a short time, then got into the restaurant business. After a few years, he opened and operated his own Italian Restaurant for a number of years. Afterwards He and his Brother opened and operated a Mechanical/Body Shop, which they have owned and been working at for the past 26 years, until March of 2024. 

Evans after a couple of years of College, and the Technology School, opened and operated a Datsun Repair and Modification Shop for a number of years. After that he started a Custom Home Building business, as a Builder, building and selling Custom and Speculation Homes for several years, until the housing market and economy allowed. After a few years when the housing market and economy got back on track, he went on to work for a nationally known Home Building Company, as an, On Site Development Forman/Production Supervisor.

About ten years after 1979 when Rick and Evans met, as the saying goes, "life happened", marriage, Kids, moving to different areas, so they lost touch with each other. Meanwhile Rick started his Son Zack, in racing, at the age of four years old, as mentioned on the History Page. With Rick's persistent efforts and sacrifice, along with Zack's natural talents, Zack has attained a much higher level of success and achievement, than his Father and Grandfather, in the Racing World. 

Evans meanwhile, in 2006, became a, Born Again Evangelical Christian. He also had been attempting to track down Rick, and finally found him in 2020. 

While getting caught up with each other's life, Rick told Evans about Zack's incredible success in racing, and how they compete and keep up with, and also many times win, over Teams with unlimited budgets. Rick also mentioned that, if they had strong sponsorship, Zack could get into the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, then the NASCAR Xfinity Series, and then all the way to the top in the NASCAR Cup Series. 

Rick also brought up how he regularly followes the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Evans then said, he has been regularly following the NASCAR Cup Series, since 1996, and also attended many of the races up and down the East Coast for a few years, until 2002. Now they had the same kind of racing in common. 

After the next racing season passing by that Evans had been following Zack's every race, and seeing no change in their limited sponsorship, along with Rick still personally financing the majority of every race, like most racers struggle with, that have limited sponsorship or no sponsorship. Evans then started getting personally involved about what could be done, to obtain the right consistent strong sponsorship, and get Zack to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, where he ought to be. 

During this past year also, Evans started sharing his Christianity with Rick, and eventually gave him the Gospel, several months after they got back together again. Rick passionately received the Gospel, and became a Born Again Evangelical Christian. 

Just prior to Rick and Evans getting back together again, in 2020, Evans had been praying for God to give him something to start doing, to benefit the Kingdom Of God. He also kept praying about this for a year and a few months after Rick and Evans got back together again. 

Then one day out of nowhere Evans got slammed with the name TRINITY TEAM RACING, and the idea to team up with and secure sponsorship with, Christian, Conservative and Patriotic business, not typically and currently sponsoring NASCAR Teams. Also because NASCAR and their Fans are known for being Conservative, Patriotic, and openly pray before each race in the name of Jesus Christ. 

This then would accomplish God's Will, along with creating a path for Zack and the Team to elevate to the top level of NASCAR Racing, and show Zack's God Given Talents. Then everybody wins and brings the Glory To God. 

Evans then gave the idea to Rick, and Rick was all in. So, here we are now. We believe this is God's Will for us. So, let's team up together and do our part to spread God's Word and The Gospel, and hopefully, save some Souls and win some races along the way!
